Overview
Germany does not have enough caregivers, and it is recruiting internationally to close the gap. For Bangladeshi applicants this is one of the few genuinely open, legal and well-paid routes into the European Union — but it is also a route where the paperwork is unforgiving. Two certificates decide whether your file is even looked at: a B1 German language certificate and an NSDA-certified caregiver qualification.
We run this programme with an accredited placement partner in Germany, under a standing contract. That means the employer at the other end is a real, verified healthcare provider, the contract is a German employment contract under German labour law, and the job exists before you spend money on it. We do not work with unverified vacancies.
The programme is a sequence, not a single application: eligibility assessment, NSDA caregiver certification, B1 German to certificate level, document recognition, employer matching and interview, then the work visa and BMET clearance. Most applicants complete it in six to twelve months depending on where their German starts.

Roles we place
Where caregivers actually work
Vacancies sit across hospitals, nursing homes and home care. The language level required depends on the role.

Home Care Assistant
Domestic support for elderly or physically and mentally challenged clients.
Geriatric Care
Specialist elderly care in nursing homes and geriatric hospitals.
Registered Nurse
ICU, emergency, surgical and general ward roles — requires a nursing qualification and EU recognition.

Current work-posts are shared privately.
Live vacancies, salary bands, employer names and quota availability change week to week, and we do not publish them. Write to us and a consultant will send the positions that match your trade, experience and budget — verified before they reach you.

Questions
The questions applicants ask first
What do caregivers actually earn in Germany?
Employers in this programme pay in the region of €2,500–3,500 gross per month depending on the role and your experience, alongside statutory health insurance, pension contributions and 25–30 days of paid leave. Many employers also assist with accommodation. Your consultant will confirm the exact figure in the contract before you sign anything — we do not quote salaries we have not seen in writing.
Do I need to speak German before I apply?
You need B1 by the time the file is submitted, not on day one. Most applicants start at zero and reach B1 through the language training we facilitate with our partner institutes. Registered and specialised nursing roles need B2. German is the single biggest reason applications stall, so we start it early and we do not submit a file before the certificate is in hand.
Why is the NSDA certificate specifically required?
It is the Bangladeshi national qualification the German side recognises as evidence that your caregiving training is formal and assessed rather than informal experience. Without it, care experience is difficult to evidence to a German employer or to the mission. We facilitate this training through our partner organisations as part of the programme.
Is previous caregiving experience mandatory?
Not always. One to two years is preferred and strengthens your file considerably, but applicants with an HSC, the NSDA certification, B1 German and genuine motivation are assessed on their merits. What is not optional is the certification and the language.
How long does the whole process take?
Six to twelve months from assessment to arrival, and the variable is almost always German. An applicant who already holds B1 moves considerably faster than one starting from A0. Recognition of a nursing qualification can add time on top.
Is this route legal, and what protects me?
It runs under Germany's skilled-worker immigration framework with a genuine German employment contract, filed through the German mission, with BMET clearance completed before departure. BMET clearance is a legal requirement for Bangladeshi nationals travelling for work and it is your primary protection if an employer breaches the contract. Any arrangement proposing to skip it should be refused.
