This policy explains what personal information Go Destination Limited collects, why we hold it, and what control you have over it. It applies to this website and to the consultancy services we provide from our offices in Bangladesh, Estonia and Türkiye.
What we collect
When you contact us through this website we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, phone number, email address, intended destination and any background you share about your situation.
When you become a client we additionally handle the documents required for your application — passport details, financial records, educational and employment documents, and where a destination requires it, medical and police clearance records.
Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address and browser type for security and performance purposes.
Why we hold it
To respond to your enquiry and provide the consultation you asked for.
To prepare, submit and track visa or immigration applications on your instruction.
To meet the legal and record-keeping obligations that apply to us in Bangladesh and the European Union.
Who we share it with
Embassies, consulates, visa application centres and immigration authorities — only as required to file the application you have instructed us to file.
Educational institutions, employers or service providers directly involved in your case, with your knowledge.
Our own offices in Tallinn, İstanbul and Dhaka, which operate as one team on your file.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for marketing purposes with anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Client files are retained for the period required by applicable record-keeping rules, after which documents are securely destroyed.
Original documents in our physical custody are returned to you at the conclusion of your case.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information we are not legally required to retain.
Where our Estonian entity processes your data, the rights available under the EU General Data Protection Regulation apply.
